APPOINTMENT POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for every client and maintain a smooth schedule, please review the following policies before booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. LATE ARRIVALS A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may no longer be able to accommodate your appointment. This is to ensure that your service is performed properly and does not impact the appointments scheduled after yours. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you anticipate being late, please reach out as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate you when my schedule allows, but your full service cannot be guaranteed after the 15-minute grace period. NO-SHOWS Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may require a deposit or full payment in advance for future appointments. APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service. Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you, and respecting your appointment time allows me to provide the same level of care to every client.
